When the payroll has been implemented, you will receive all the records needed for further processing. All the prerequisites required for this service, such as a data centre, licences, system maintenance and legal changes, are included in the price and are provided by us.

    We offer a standardised, secure system based on SAP ERP HCM within our cloud environment and a messaging system for continuous communication.

    Based on your company-specific data, your company will be set up in our cloud environment. Within the framework of our package “Payroll in the Cloud", we’ll take care of the secured IT operation for you. In addition, a messaging system for continuous data reporting communi­ca­tion over a secure connection will be available. Permanent data security is also ensured by this system.

  2. Licences and Users

    Licences are provided by HR Force. External access to the system is not provided.

    The licence expenses for the imple­men­ta­tion of the service required are paid by us. External access for an info user is not provided. Evaluations are provided upon request.

This solution includes the payroll procedures pertaining to Austria, a number of evaluations and provides a file for posting to the bookkeeping system used by you. Reporting communication with the authorities is also ensured via this solution. The functions are kept in line and updated according to the current legal requirements.
